Tonight we took Aubree to the Nutcracker for her first time. She loooooved it! Sat through the whole 2 hours with no complaint. We went to South Whidbey's performance and it was great. Especially for the kids, JD and I really enjoyed ourselves too. We have to thank Mimi for the the tickets, she joined us as well. Aubree just sat there so intense, occasionally tapping her foot mimicking the dancers and clapped at every opportunity. During intermission she got a picture with the Snow Queen and with Clara while holding the Nutcracker. It was too cute. Then after the show she gave "her favorite dancer" Clara a rose. The night was complete when we walked out to SNOW!! Aubree was so excited that she could hardly wait to get home. She had it all planned out....put on snow boots, gloves and hat and throw snowballs at Bitsy. I am sure Bitsy is unaware of this plan. But considering it was 10pm and we were 45 minutes from home, I was sure Bitsy was in the clear for at least tonight. We got home she spent about 5 minutes outside and off to bed she went and was out by the time I got to the bottom of the stairs. She was all tuckered out, as I am as well. I fear for Bitsy come morning, she got lucky tonight. So as the night is coming to an end, I am sitting here by a fire watching the first snow fall of the season. What a way to end a great evening!

I love your blog! I just added the "follower" feature to my sidebar -didn't even know it existed. I can barely make time to blog, let alone figure out the bells and whistles. I also added your name to my sidebar, hope that's okay. Your daughter is so cute, can't wait to keep in touch this way.
